How to Send Cards & Care Packages to the Troops for Christmas

Tens of thousands of troops will not be able to spend Christmas with their families. Make sure no one is forgotten during the holidays by sending cards and care packages to the men and women defending our freedom. There are several organizations accepting packages for the troops this class. Send your Holiday batting order and write a short note for troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other parts of the worldly concern. Please remember to send Christmas cards ‘ unsealed ’ in blank envelopes. Put all your cards in a larger envelope or box, with your identify and address. Mail no late than December 1, 2019 in order to have adequate clock time to make it to their ultimate finish by Christmas.

Soldiers ‘ Angels has six teams of Angels who provide documentation to deployed service members. Every year these teams send thousands of cards, letters, caution packages and other requested items to service members deployed all over the populace with Stuffed Stockings. Sign up to pledge a Stuffed Stocking for the holidays. Send cards and caution packages to Hugs for Soldiers. They encourage holiday packages filled with snacks and other items for the holidays. Cards and packages must be sent by Saturday, November 23, 2019. Care package items:
Individual packets of hot chocolate or apple cider
Microwave popcorn
Holiday sugarcoat ( great time of year to ship chocolate )
Trail mix, nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds
Slim Jims or Beef Jerky
Instant Ramen Noodle Soup
Hand and Toe Warmers ( it gets very cold in Afghanistan and Iraq )
Gallon size Ziplock bags used for packing food items
A new pair of socks ( white/black acrobatic )
Knit/Crochet Hats and Scarves ( black, dark blue, dark brown or green )
